Innovatica engagements are governed by a per-country legal pack — the General Terms of Service and, where personal data is processed on a client's behalf, the Data Processing Agreement, drafted for and under the law of the client's country — together with our Privacy Policy. Each pack is published in English and the local language; unless a pack itself states otherwise, its English version prevails and local-language versions are courtesy translations. The version that applies to your engagement is the one referenced in your signed Offer.

A document becomes binding for an engagement when a specific version of it is referenced in a signed Offer or accepted in writing (including by e-mail); earlier versions are available on request.
